Four Seasons hose assemblies use OE-type barrier hose to minimize refrigerant loss. The fittings are of the permanent beadlock type, made of light weight rust free aluminum construction. They are assembled using non-corrosive NOCOLOK flux brazing.

All hose assemblies meet tensile standards for SAEJ51 and IMACA 312 for R12 and SAEJ2064 for R134A.
