control market and Valeo Electric in the rotating electrical component
market. Uniquely positioned this joint venture capitalizes on the tremendous
growth of the European climate control market. Four Seasons, as the world’s largest air conditioning compressor remanufacturer, will contribute its technological know-how. Valeo, as one of the largest original equipment manufacturers in the world, will contribute knowledge of the OEM market and its manufacturing capabilities.
