Orders are picked utilizing a quality management system which allows for better inventory and shipping control. Complete motorized handling equipment speed product from picking locations and a dedicated on-site packaging department allows us to inventory items in bulk and pack to order.

Our 139,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant located in Reynosa, Mexico, manufactures and distributes a complete line of replacement climate control products specializing in the remanufacturing of import and domestic automotive air compressors. This facility maintains ISO9001 Quality Management Systems with the capability to manufacture all remanufactured compressor types and the most popular new compressor types. Equipped with tooling used to develop and maintain necessary fixtures, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Technology, smart lock systems and modern testing and validation, deem this one of our finest state-of-the-art facilities.
Unimotor is located in St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada specializing in the manufacturing of the highest quality blower, cooling fan and condenser fan motors and units for the original equipment and original equipment service channels, the traditional as well as non-traditional markets including marine, RV, military, and heavy equipment. Unimotor is a self-contained business unit with a highly trained workforce offering design, engineering and complete manufacturing support. Design capabilities include 3D modeling, airflow performance and electrical magnetic interference testing. This skill set allows Unimotor to develop new model design and solve customers’ unique application problems. All products at the Unimotor facility are 100% tested in a sound booth for functional performance and operational noise before they are permitted to ship. Every stage of product development and manufacture is subject to extensive quality control inspections to ensure all engineering and quality requirements are met to ensure a superior quality and cost-effective product. Unimotor is ISO 14001 Certified and has implemented a QOS (quality operating system) committed to continuous improvement of all business processes.
In 2014, SMP Temperature Control Division developed a joint venture with Foshan GWO YNG Air Conditioning Parts Company. This 180,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant holds and maintains ISO / TS 16949 and ISO 14001 Quality Management System certifications. As a basic manufacturer of accumulator / filter driers, hose assemblies, fittings, pressure switches and pressure transducers, continuous efforts are made to improve on design and quality. Before manufacturing begins, our in-house research & development and design center, utilize the latest advanced designing software and precise measuring equipment, ensures product integrity and quality. Test laboratories are equipped with a myriad of sophisticated test equipment including a salt spray chamber, high temperature furnace, and helium tester, just to name a few. GWO Yng’s state-of-the-art facilities advanced production equipment includes robotic welding, automated CNC machining metal stamping and a wide range of tooling for customer specific requirements.
